Lee County Real Estate - Sales Volume - Including Short Sales

Lee County real estate is moving quickly these days. At least for those properties priced within the buyers' reach.

Today I pulled up data for residential sales in Lee County. I compared the residential sales from August 2008 with the sales of Augst 2007.

Here are my findings for Lee county:

  Total Sold Short Sales
August 2008 815 105
August 2007 556 26

 

 

This table shows that the numbers are up for both Total Sales and Short Sales. 147% for Total Sales and up 400% for Short Sales.
