What about those Cape Coral Foreclosures?

Cape Coral Florida does have a lot of foreclosure properties at the present time. While it is sad that many homeowners are losing their homes, many were also speculators who got caught at the wrong time.

Regardless of the seller's particular situation, this is an excellent time to be a qualified buyer.

What is a qualified Cape Coral buyer?

A buyer with cash to buy a house

or

A buyer with good credit and funds available for a down payment and/or closing costs

What is a Cape Coral buyer buying right now?

A short sale (may be pending foreclosure) property

or

A Foreclosed (bank owned) property

or

A property from a motivated seller

What are the price ranges in Cape Coral?

Single family homes start well under $100,000 and go up from there.

Gulf access homes start just under $200,000 and go up from there.

Off water vacant land starts just under $10,000 and goes up from there.
